Your application will include when the hardship began, what the long-term solution is, other organizations you've contacted, and any available documentation.
Depending on your location, a member of our team will meet with you in person or over the phone to review your application and documentation.
Once approved, a fundraising campaign is created on our platform. Your identity is kept private — donors see the need, not your name.
Funds raised are used to take care of your needs directly — paying bills, rent, utilities, and more — by a member of our team. Barring extenuating circumstances, funds are not given directly in the form of cash.
